4. Dong Quai:As is obvious by its name, Dong Quai is native to Eastern Asian countries (Korea, China and Japan). The root of Dong Quai is traditionally soaked or boiled in wine before eaten. Although it believed to have a stabilizing and balance effect on your levels of estrogen and other hormones during menopause, recent studies have questioned its efficacy and legitimacy.
5. Wild Yams:Naturally occurring yam plants have been consumed for centuries by women to alleviate menstrual cramps. Although they are thought to contain estrogen (phytoestrogenic), there is a lack of scientific evidence to support or prove this claim.
Because each woman is different, some of these supplements may not work effectively in promoting hormonal stability within your body.
