Others – HIV, Tuberculosis and diabetes can lead to these flashes. Even fatigue and high temperatures could induce hot flashes among the young women.
Can the hot flashes be treated?
Normally avoidance of smoking, tobacco, alcohol caffeine and other dangerous substances can reduce hot flashes to a greater extent. But still some women are potentially responsive to the hormonal changes and not responsive to the above treatment. Regular physical exercises like running, jogging and aerobic activities can make your mind and body relax, providing you with a good sleep. There are also other supplementary therapies like aroma therapy causing a good relaxation.
